Here's a little bit about ReCharge: The growing trend in athletics is to take advantage of the many benefits of yoga - mainly improving strength, flexibility, and balance, amongst other dynamics. Our certified and highly skilled instructors bring the experience right to your school’s facility. Each session is geared to your team as a whole and the athletes individually. Sessions can be customized to your team’s particular needs. Our mission is to enhance the physical and mental capabilities of the team and the individual athlete on and off the field.

Throughout my life I have experienced the ups and downs of being a student-athlete-coach. When I became injured myself, I was unaware of the opportunities ahead. I knew life was changing and I had to find my path. Yoga helped me heal and recover both physically and mentally. I finally felt that I found something that gave me the same rush as vigorous training. At that point, I wanted to share all I have learned and begin to give back. With that thought in mind, I took my first Yoga Teacher Training and never looked back. Since then I have merged my love for sports and yoga into a unique training platform called ReCharge.
